Our licensed vessels Royale and Proclaim feature fully stocked bars and we offer a variety of bar packages to suit your function. Savour one of the best views in the world while enjoying pub prices.

Our other three vessels are BYO so you'll need to supply all beverages for your guests. Rosman can assist by supplying bar staff to serve.

Limited open bar (tap beer, wine, champagne and soft drinks):			$24.00 per person
Full open bar (house spirits, tap beer, wine, champagne, soft drinks):			$31.80 per person
Dry till: An amount of money paid upfront
Cash bar: Drinks are charged for as they are served
