CATERING PACKAGE

There is no better way to celebrate the most important day of your life than with stunning Sydney Harbour as your backdrop.

We quote on application but to give you an idea we have outlined the following price guide:

Suggested Package includes:

4 hour vessel hire on Proclaim or Royale

Careening Cove Buffet Menu

Wedding ribbon

High season (November through May): $90 per person (minimum of 80 required)

Low season (June through October): $75 per person (minimum of 80 required)

We are able to tailor a package to your requirements. Please contact our consultant for further information.

BAR OPTIONS

Radar, Regal, Lithgow:	BYO only (no charge)
We can provide barstaff to serve your drinks for $250 (inc GST) per barperson
Proclaim and Royale:
Cash bar: Drinks are charged for as they are served
Soft drink package:	$7.60 per person
Dry till: A nominated amount of money prepaid and we run a tab
Special orders: Specific drinks may be ordered (subject to availability from our supplier). These are sold at retail price however leftovers must be purchased back (at wholesale price).
