CATERING PACKAGES

There is no better way to celebrate the most important day of your life than with stunning Sydney Harbour as your backdrop. We quote on application but to give you an idea we have outlined the following price guide:

Suggested Package A includes:

4 hour vessel hire on Proclaim or Royale

Any menu selection

DJ

Limited open bar package (see below)

Wedding ribbon

High season (November through May): $80 per person (minimum of 80 required)

Low season (June through October): $60 per person (minimum of 80 required)

Suggested Package B includes:

4 hour vessel hire on Proclaim or Royale

Any menu selection

DJ

Full open bar package (see below)

Wedding ribbon

High season (November through May): $100 per person (minimum of 80 required)

Low season (June through October): $80 per person (minimum of 80 required)

If you decide to build a package here are some considerations:

Vessel hire: Please contact our staff for a quote
Catering: See our menu section or you are welcome to organise your own
Bar packages: See below
DJ: Ours are $400 (inc GST) for a four-hour function

BAR PACKAGES

Radar and Regal:	BYO only (no charge)
We can provide barstaff to serve your drinks for $220 (inc GST) per barstaff
Limited Open Bar Package:	$24 per person
Includes 1 barstaff, servery area, glasses, and ice
Full Open Bar Package:	$31.80 per person
Includes house spirits, beer, wine champagne and soft drinks
Premium Bar Package	$40.00 per person
Includes house spirits, xxxx champagne, xxxx wine, selection of beers, soft drinks
Ultra Bar Package:	$45 per person
For complete full open bar
All prices include GST
